Registration
The registration is mandatory for the author to present and publish the paper in the conference. At least one paper author has to be registered and paid in full before the paper can be presented at the conference (whether the format is in-person or online).
☕ In-Person Registration Includes:
- Coffee-breaks according to the program
- Conference Kit (bag, flash drive with abstract book, pen, notebook)
- Indexing of full papers in IEEE
💻 Online Registration Includes:
- Certificate of participation
- Electronic version of the proceedings
Note: On-site payment on the day of the conference is possible only for participants who are unable to complete an online payment.

📌 Important Notes
- Student Registration: The first author must be a student. A valid student ID must be sent along with the payment receipt.
- IEEE Members: A 10% discount is applied for paper indexing. Please provide active membership details during registration.
- Multi-paper Discount: A 30% discount will be applied to the second paper by the same first author.

An additional charge of €20 will be applied for each extra page.
- Late Fee: An additional 80 Euros will be applied for registration after the deadline.
- Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable.
