🔍 Review Process for Full Paper:

  • All submitted papers undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure high quality and scientific merit.
  • Each manuscript is evaluated by reviewers based on the following criteria:

    • Originality and Contribution – Does the paper present novel ideas or significant improvements over existing work?
    • Technical Quality & Methodology – Are the methods sound, well-explained, properly validated, and supported by a well-cited state of the art?
    • Clarity, Writing & Structure – Is the paper clearly written, well-structured, and easy to follow?
    • Results and Validation – Are the results well supported by experiments or simulations?

  • Submissions must not be under review elsewhere.
  • Accepted papers must be revised in accordance with reviewers’ comments before submitting the camera-ready version.
  • Plagiarism check: All submitted articles are screened for plagiarism. If the similarity rate exceeds 25% (excluding references), the manuscript will be returned to the authors for revision and reduction of the similarity index.
